Turns out the guys in Australia who make the SR20 Billet block will make a VG30DE block too. Billet blocks from Australia It would have the water jackets. The girdle and main caps would be integrated into the block for rigidity. They use Darton cylinder liners and you would get wall thickness of 10mm (.4") outside of the sleeve. I just sonic checked four VG30 blocks and they only had about half that thickness. So you could even run 91mm or 92mm pistons. You would need to run an electric water pump and the bad news...... Whoever buys the first one pays for the R & D and its not cheap. They estimate (In Aussie dollars) A$25,000 for the first one and then A$9000 after that. Who wants to go first, I am keen to go second :)
